Manny is a co-founder of QMed established in June 1990. Manny attended the University of Florida and was previously with Johnson & Johnson prior to co-founding QMed.

Doug Caro

Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining QMed, Doug was VP of Supplier Operations at McKesson and was an executive at FedEx & XPO/Menlo Logistics. He obtained an Economics degree from Florida State University.

Viviana brings 20+ years of experience with a strong background in financial strategy, pricing, and revenue optimization. She holds a Master of Accounting from FIU.

Gordon Ferris 

EVP Customer Relations & Procurement

Gordon has been with QMed for 20+ years and has previously worked for Merck and DeRoyal Industries. Gordon attended Florida State University, School of Business.

John Wilkerson

SVP Distribution & Operations

Prior to QMed John worked with Office Depot for 17 years as a Sr. Logistics Manager. John is a graduate from Florida Atlantic University.

VP of Information Systems

Juan Carlos brings 25+ years of technology leadership, combining deep technical expertise with strategic thinking. His career reflects a strong focus on systems modernization, technology innovation, and AI leadership. He holds a degree in Systems Engineering
